Northgiven is a membership-based dating platform for adults. Protecting minors is not optional. This page describes our commitments, our policies, and how to reach us on child safety matters.
Northgiven is 18 and older, with no exceptions.
We require age confirmation at signup. Accounts that cannot confirm they belong to an adult are not permitted on the platform. If we discover or reasonably suspect an account belongs to someone under 18, we will remove the account immediately and preserve relevant information as required by law.
The following conduct is prohibited on Northgiven and will result in immediate account removal and may result in reports to law enforcement and other authorities:

When Northgiven becomes aware of apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation on the platform, we will:
Northgiven reports apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by the PROTECT Our Children Act and other applicable U.S. federal law. This reporting is mandatory, not discretionary.

Northgiven complies with applicable U.S. provider reporting and preservation obligations, including requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (mandatory reporting of CSAM to NCMEC) and 18 U.S.C. § 2258B (preservation of records).
We cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving child safety and respond to lawful legal process.
Northgiven does not allow photos of minors on the platform.

If you want to show that you have children, you may do so in your profile text. Images of minors are not permitted on the platform, regardless of context or intent.
In-app reporting: Use the report button on any profile or conversation to flag suspected child safety violations. Reports are reviewed promptly. Severe or urgent reports are escalated immediately.
