Why we charge this way
Northgiven charges for tools that help you understand your matches better. It does not charge to make you more visible, more competitive, or more anxious about who is looking at you.
The free tier is complete. You get the full matching engine, all safety tools, all dealbreaker filters, and real conversations. Northgiven Member adds depth: richer explainers, guided questions, reflection history, and organizational tools. These are features for people treating this process seriously, not features we withheld to manufacture urgency.
We do not sell boosts, tokens, or ranking advantages. Those mechanics work by keeping people single and anxious. We do not profit that way.

Subscription terms
Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time from your Membership settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for partial periods.
Auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or quarterly). You will be charged the same amount unless you cancel before the renewal date.
How to cancel
Web: Settings > Membership > Cancel membership.
Android (Google Play): Google Play > Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > Northgiven > Cancel.
iPhone (App Store): Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Northgiven > Cancel.
Price lock
Members who join at the founding price keep that price as long as their membership stays active. Price increases do not apply to existing active members.
